  1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Lead Times
  • endeavors to ship all orders the same day the order is received.  Typically orders that are placed and cleared prior to 1:00pm EST will ship the same day.  If you need your order expedited, please call us at so that we can do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

  • sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
  • ships via UPS, Federal Express, USPS, DHL and same day courier services.  USECPAP.com chooses the third party shipping provider based on multiple factors.
  • Shipping Destinations for P.O. Box, Military Addresses, US Territories, Canada and International: Please note that we reserve the right NOT to ship to post office boxes and will contact you if an alternative shipping address is required.  Shipping is available to U.S. military addresses (APO, DPO, and FPO) only through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require shipping to one of these types of addresses the shipping duration may be impacted.
  • ships orders anywhere in the United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam.USECPAP.com also ships to Canada. For other international destinations please contact USECPAP.com directly and we will try to accommodate you. Some products USECPAP.com sells have shipping restrictions related to Durable Medical Equipment regulations and/or licensing requirements. In addition, some product manufacturers restrict our sales outside of the United States.
  • All international orders  are handled on a case by case basis. International orders with the exception of Canada must be placed directly with a USECPAP.com specialist.
  1. Shipping Charges and Speed of Delivery.

Free standard Shipping

USECPAP.com offers free standard shipping on orders over $99, anywhere in the United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam on all orders regardless of the amount of your order. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically will arrive to you within 4-7 business days from the date in which the order leaves our facility.

2 Day Expedite Shipping

USECPAP.com will charge $39 for a two day expedited shipping anywhere in the United states including Hawaii. Orders shipped on Thursday will arrive the following Monday and orders shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Priority Next Day Weekday Shipping

USECPAP.com will charge $59 for priority Next Weekday shipping anywhere in the United States including Hawaii and Guam.

Canada Flat Rate Shipping

USECPAP.com charges a flat rate of $75 for all orders shipped to Canada.  Orders are delivered typically within 5 – 7 business days from the date of fulfillment.  USECPAP.com is not responsible for any import duties or delays imposed by Canadian authorities.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for destinations outside of the United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada are calculated and collected on a case by case basis. USECPAP.com is not responsible for any import duties or delays imposed by international authorities.

  • After Placing Your Order

After placing your order USECPAP.com will review your order and in some cases may need to contact you for additional information. For this reason, please provide us with the most reliable contact information so that your order is not delayed.

In some rare cases USECPAP.com may not be able to fulfill your entire order due to an item being out of stock.  Our policy is to complete as much of your order as possible and fulfill the remaining items as soon as they become available.  USECPAP.com will cover all shipping costs for items that must be shipped after your initial order.

Once we receive your online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify USECPAP.com acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. USECPAP.com reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If USECPAP.com cancels an order after you have already been billed, USECPAP.com will promptly refund the billed amount. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us that will contain your shipping tracking information and other relevant information. 

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond USECPAP.com control once it leaves our facilities

USECPAP.com cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Return Policy

USECPAP.com will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to sanitary issues, prescription medical products must be unopened to be eligible for return. To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of the sizes and features of all items prior to purchase, including but not limited to a formal consultation with a sleep specialist. As always, please call us, email, text or chat if you have any doubt or question about your order before it ships.

 Manufacturer Defects

USECPAP.com will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if required, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. USECPAP.com will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy. The manufacturer determines if the item will be replaced or repaired, USECPAP.com cannot supersede the manufacturer’s decision. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to USECPAP.com is not covered in any warranty situation.

No credits, refunds, or replacements will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and examined them.

As this is medical equipment of a very personal nature, all items sold including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Humidifiers, cushions, batteries, mask parts, cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.

Machines (CPAP, APAP, BiPAP and Oxygen) which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. A Diagnostic Fee (which varies and is determined by the manufacturer), which may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost (depending on the manufacturer) will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
